Welcome to Chocolate Central. Chocolate is one of life’s great pleasures and like any subject, the more you know about it, the deeper and richer is your experience of it. As an adventure-seeker at heart and former educator and film producer, I’m exploring the exotic world of chocolate in search of fabulous chocolate experiences and I’m sharing them with you right here through videos and articles. I’m also sharing some of my most delicious chocolate recipes, like my Flourless Chocolate Cake with Chai Whipped Cream. If you love chocolate and adventure this is the site for you. You may be so inspired and tantalized that you’ll join us on a luxurious chocolate-themed adventure trip.

When I’m not sampling chocolate or reporting on it, you might catch me cuddling my two adorable little boys, hiking to the ancient pyramid in the mountains where I live in Mexico, choosing heirloom tomatoes and herbs at an organic market, jogging an outdoor trail, testing chocolate recipes for my blog, eating quesadillas in the mercado, hanging out with a friend in our local chocolate shop, visiting a museum, hosting an intimate dinner party, or singing a Celtic lullaby to my children.
